This page explains how to request deletion of personal information or disconnect OAuth-connected applications used by Levy Realty Team, operated by Joseph Levy.

How to Revoke OAuth Access

If you connected a Google, Meta/Facebook, social media, calendar, email, file storage, or other third-party account, you can usually revoke access directly from that provider’s account security, privacy, or connected-apps settings. Revoking access prevents future access by the application but may not automatically delete information already stored for business, legal, or operational purposes.

How to Request Deletion

Email joey@levyrt.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your name, email address, the connected app or service involved, and the information you want deleted or disconnected. Do not send sensitive passwords or authentication codes.

What We Will Do

• Confirm the request if needed to verify identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.
• Disconnect or revoke applicable OAuth tokens under our control where technically available.
• Delete or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed, unless retention is required for legal, security, transaction, dispute-resolution, professional, or recordkeeping purposes.
• Confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained.

Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. Some deletions may take additional time if information is stored in backups, logs, third-party systems, or legally required records.
